~This picture is the yummy Chocolate Waffle I made for my guys...(With my new waffle maker :o)
So I figured if I didn’t blog soon, I’d be right back where I was last month...

My Mother’s Day was simply amazing. I honestly could not have asked for a better day. It was very relaxing and my guys where precious. (Cameron played in the Bell Choir at church...)
They fixed me brunch and I was not allowed in the kitchen. Now, one thing you must understand. . . I love my kitchen and all that is in there. So it absolutely killed me not to get in there to help.
But Caleb kept me busy by serving me an “appetizer”...fresh strawberries with chocolate whipped cream. Ahh...they know me so well. (Feed me and I will not bother them.)
My gift this year was a new waffle iron, and few small things to go with that. When I told people what I had received, they had a strange look on their faces. Don’t worry...I gave them a few things to choose from. And they all happened to be things I could used in my kitchen. Did I mention that I love my kitchen and all that is in it?
After brunch we headed to the driving range and hit golf balls. My little guys are pretty good. They really enjoyed going...I loved being with them.
I think that’s one of the biggest blessing of moving up here. On days that most people are having a “get together” with their family...It’s just us four. Now, don’t go and feel sorry for us. This has given us the chance to be the closest family we could ever be.
~It is truly a wonderful blessing...

I think Kristen would have been offended if I got her any kind of iron. Seriously, I tried to get her a flat iron.
