Just Waiting...

Since I didn't cook yesterday, I thought about not blogging.  I'm not sure I've ever blogged four days in a row!!  But I'm sitting here at the automotive place getting our car "vacation ready".  As I sat here, I got very overwhelmed with how blessed I am...

I know for many families, a vacation is something they do every year... Some families head to the beach, some families head to a lake, and some people sleep in tents and call that a vacation!!  ;-) 

For some reason, vacations for us have been few and far between!

When we lived in other states, we always used our vacation time to come back to Kentucky to visit family and according to Caleb... "That is NOT a vacation!" 

I'm so excited!  Soon, we'll be leaving for sun, sand, and a lot of fun!  I love my family and even though I homeschool, I never hardly ever get tired of spending time with them!!  I feel so blessed to be taking another trip with Matt and the boys.

 

I love making memories... I love saying, "Remember when..."

I've learned a valuable lesson:  Children grow up.  There's absolutely nothing I can do about it.  But what I can do, is purposely make it mean something!  

"Thank you Lord for all my blessings.  Thank you for Matt.  Thank you for Caleb.  Thank you for Cameron.  Even if today is as good as it ever gets, it's way more than I'll ever deserve..."
