End of Summer Sleepover

It's sleepover time again at the Monyhan house... But, this time there are three plus Caleb.  So extra snacks were required.  Tonight I baked some cookies... a total "no recipe" recipe.

Just like last time Caleb had a sleepover... Rolos were involved.  Can you tell I love Rolos?  Again, it's not a recipe, it's just assembling.  But if I turn my oven on, they're "homemade" cookies...

So you need two things.

1.  Packaged Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough (I know, I'm really getting lazy now.)
2.  Rolo Minis

*Most recipes for these Rolo Stuffed Snikerdoodles had an actual recipe for Snikerdoodle dough, but really...who are we kidding?

Take the dough and flatten out.  Place the mini Rolo in the middle and wrap the dough around.  Roll the dough into a ball and place on baking sheet.  Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 10-14 minutes until edges are golden brown.

Please note: The above picture is a little blurry... I usually take two of each picture, but the other one has my husband in it eating some Rolos.  So you get this blurry one.

Enjoy them warm.  Or in my case, take them down with the other snacks and let the teenage boys in your basement eat them.  :)

Still learning... I've learned that I love Pinterest.  ~Stacy
